- Graduated from the University of London with LLB (Hons) in 1996;
- Called to the Bar of England & Wales and Admitted as a Barrister – at – Law of Middle Temple in 1997;
- Passed the Board of Legal Education (Singapore) Practical Law Course and Admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1999.

- Practiced criminal litigation/ personal injury claims with Partner Mr SK Kumar of M/s SK & Associates from May 2001 to Early 2002.
- Handled insurance related matters namely, motor accident claims, personal injury claims in the firm of M/s B Rao & K S Rajah from March 2002 to June 2004.
- Handled a wide spectrum of insurance claims/ litigation in M/s Yu & Co from June 2004 to March 2010.
- Specialised in personal injury litigation and general litigation in M/s Har Law Corporation from March 2010 to November 2017.
